Answering the call to create doesn’t have to feel so hard.
Beautiful, you already have everything you need to be your most authentic, radiant, creative self. The last thing you need is another tutorial or more supplies... what you DO need is a deeper connection to your creative spirit.
Over the last decade of working with others as a creative life coach, I’ve developed an effective approach to help guide the journey of rooting back into your true essence and reclaiming your Creative Soul using a unique mix of practical psychology-based tools, somatics, and creative exercises - which I refer to as the “Rooting In” process.
My program 'ROOTS' has already helped thousands transform their self-doubting inner critic, reclaim their creativity, and realize their unique inner beauty. (And yes, all while relearning how to play with simple supplies and an art journal!)
With me as your guide, you’ll unearth your innate wisdom and ignite the fire of your Soul that’s patiently waiting to freely express itself.
You are not alone. You are seen. You are loved. If you're ready to rekindle that creative spark and free your Soul, this is where you’re meant to be.
Let’s Begin.

>> Art Journaling as the Ultimate Tool <<
Although the journey of rooting in to reclaim your Creative Soul can be explored with just about any expressive outlet, I have found art journaling to be the most direct and transformative.
Realizing your unique Creative Soul expression goes beyond simply learning techniques. It involves getting compassionately curious about the armor that holds us back from uninhibited self-expression. It involves building trust in the creative process and trust in ourselves as we embrace the beauty in imperfection and surrender our hold of the outcome.
...Which means what we create will be raw and deeply personal.
A bound journal offers an an intimate, safe environment where no rules exist. A place where you can break free from the usual constraints. While the expansive nature of art journaling allows your Soul to explore its unique voice through imagery, shape, color, and words.
Ultimately, the journal becomes your safe haven to hold and witness your unfolding.
