Download the New Client Form by clicking on the button below, then fill it in and return it to me asap to email@example.com so we can get started. (You can either type in your responses, or print it out to fill in with pen then scan to email it to me.)
Once your new client form is submitted, click on the button below to schedule our first call. (Be sure to give yourself enough time between now and our call to review and work on your first week’s homework you’ll find below!)

Please note: You will not be able to cancel an appointment simply because you didn’t have time to work through the content. If you don’t get through it all, no worries; we’ll still have plenty to talk about!
What to Expect during Our Journey:
If this is your very first coaching experience, don’t worry… it’s completely normal to feel nervous and excited all at the same time. I’m here as a friend. As a guide. As someone you can be completely honest with without worrying about how I might respond. This is a judgment-free zone!
Remember, I’m here to support you. So please email me if you have any questions, concerns, celebrations, or tough sticky spots throughout these next four weeks at: firstname.lastname@example.org I’ll do my best to respond as quickly as possible, but most times I’m only able to check my email once a day.
Once you book your first session, I’ll reserve the same day and time for the following three weeks if it’s available. If you need to adjust our schedule, let me know as soon as you can. Our calls play an important role in this journey, so you won’t want to miss any! We’ll be using them to discuss what you’ve discovered and experienced through the week, dig deeper, coach you through the tough spots, and as a time for me to share two of my most effective tools to disempowering the inner critic.
Calls are usually done through Skype, so be sure to have an updated version installed on your device well before our appointment. Take a moment now to send me a friend request as well – my username is kristal.norton (Click Here if you need more instruction on how to do this.) I’ll be calling you at the time of our call.
A Few Important Notes:
All of the nitty gritty details are stated in the New Client Form, but here’s an overview of my policies:
- If you are late to our session, we will use the remaining session time available. If you need to reschedule or cancel our appointment, please email me to let me know with at least 48 hours notice. No refunds or rescheduling options will be given for missed appointments or late cancellations.
- Sessions must be used within three months of making payment, unless otherwise previously discussed.
- Of course, everything you say or share will be held in confidentiality – unless I am required by law to break our confidentiality agreement, or unless I feel you are planning to hurt yourself or others.
- It is important to note that coaching is for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically healthy who want to make changes and move forward in their lives. Coaching is not recommended as a substitute for therapy and should be used on an “at your own risk” basis. If any mental health difficulties arise during the course of our coaching relationship, I would strongly advise you to seek out a therapist in your area, as I am unable to diagnose or treat conditions.
